What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by card: MasterCard and Visa.

We also accept payment by PayPal and ClearPay.

What is Clearpay?

Clearpay is a service that allows you to make a purchase now and pay later in four payments.

ORDERING

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, you can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account.

We do recommend that you create an account, to have access to your order history and payment details saved for next time. We also have discounts codes and gifts for our subsribers.

How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via sales@supplementdealz-outlet.com. We might be able to cancel your order before it's processed. If order is already proccessed, we’ll despatch it and then you can return it to us.

I've ordered to the wrong address, what can I do?

In this case, please contact us as soon as possible via sales@supplementdealz-outlet.com. We might be able to change the address before it's processed. If order is already proccessed, we’ll despatch it and then you can return it to us.
Depending on the courier used your order can be re-shipped with the fee of £3.99 or £6.99. This is due to the cost of re-packing, and re-shipping that item.

DELIVERY

Which countries do you deliver to?

We are shipping to UK and Ireland.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs will be calculated on the checkout depending on your order and address.

We provide free shipping for orders above £47 within UK Mainland and for order above £60-70 (depending on the postcode) within Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands and BFPO.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up your order within 2-4 working days. You can choose a pick up option on the checkout.

RETURNS

Can I return or exchange an item?

If you wish to return an item, it must be returned within 14 days after the item is delivered. Any returns outside this period cannot be accepted.

Unfrotunatelly, we don't make exchanges. In that can you can return the item and order again.

Please note, sale items that are purchased are not eligible for a refund beyond 7 days of the purchase date. This is due to the nature of the reduction as this will generally be applied due to the best before date approaching/lapsing. All sale items are clearly listed with their best before dates or damage that has occurred.

How do I return an item?

Goods should be returned in original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept good which were opened.

Please ensure goods are returned via recorded delivery to ensure it gets here safely, and enclose a note with the package to say when you bought it, and what your name, address and contact details are so we can find that transaction record.

I've received an incorrect/damaged item, what should I do?

On occasion, we are aware that mistakes can happen when our staff are packing your goods. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Services department at sales@supplementdealz-outlet.com or 01706 375867 providing your Order Number, stating the incorrect/damaged item and the item which should have been sent in your order.

Once you have done this we will look into this for you as a matter of urgency and we will do all we can to rectify the issue for you.

It is probable that you will be requested to provide a photograph of the incorrect/damaged product so that this can be provided to the relevant department and can be investigated properly to stop it happening again.

Please be aware that all issues will need to be reported to us within 48 working hours of your order being received and failure to comply with our request for a photograph may result in us being unable to consider your claim.

Please do not open the incorrect/damaged product as this will be seen as acceptance of the order.

OTHER

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do.

These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life.

Simply buy a gift voucher instead for the value of $10, $20 or $50.
